Sourdough - Gluten-Free
Yes, this is gluten-free, but not wheat free, so if you have a wheat allergy, this product is not for you. This is also made in a “GLUTEN-FRIENDLY” kitchen. I will always decontaminate as much as possible, but there is a slight chance of a cross contamination, since I mainly make products containing gluten. I am using King Arthur Gluten-Free Bread Flour for both my sourdough starter and recipes. I’ll be adding this special item to the menu, but only available for preorder, as this is a more expensive bread to make and I need to thoroughly clean prior to prepping/baking.
