Gluten-free sourdough is coming soon! Yes, this is gluten-free, but not wheat free. Safe for those with Celiac, but if you have a wheat allergy, this item is not safe for you unfortunately. I am using King Arthur Gluten-Free Bread Flour for both my sourdough starter and recipes. I’ll be adding this special item to the menu, but only available for preorder, as this is a more expensive bread to make.
